Payment terms are discussed and agreed upon during your initial consultation or project kickoff. Services require full payment or a deposit upfront as agreed. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to suspend services for delayed or missed payments.

4. Project Timelines

Estimated timelines for wellness plans, consultations, or any specific project engagements are provided in good faith. While we strive to meet these schedules, project timelines may shift due to unforeseen circumstances, delayed feedback, or changes in scope requested by the client.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and complete information required for effective service delivery. Timely communication, prompt feedback, and adherence to prescribed advice are essential for the best possible outcome.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, proprietary methodologies, content, and design frameworks shared during our service engagement remain the intellectual property of the Clinic. Clients are granted a license to use these materials solely for their personal care or project, and they may not be distributed or reproduced without consent.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Appointments or projects may be canceled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made without sufficient notice may incur a cancellation fee. Refunds for services already rendered are not provided. Unused pre-paid plans are subject to our specific refund evaluation.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence in our professional services, Dr. Afeera Suha's Wellness Clinic shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our advice or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
